Pre-Alumni Association is partnering with Alumni Affairs to reinstate Meharry's tradition of holding the annual, formerly known, Cadaver Ball, which celebrated the first year medical class completing gross anatomy; and, in 2020, it evolved into "The Inaugural DeVail Wyatt Honorary Doctoral Gala." Since COVID-19, we have lost this meaningful tradition and hope to bring students from across the School of Medicine, broader Meharry community, faculty, friends and family together to commemorate DeVail Wyatt and the legacy of black excellence that we must carry on. A portion of ticket sales will support the Devail Wyatt Memorial Endowment
Scholarship, which will be provided to selected students who strive to continue Devail's legacy at Meharry Medical College and will be announced at the event.
