This is a Breast Cancer Awareness event that is funded by an external grant of $2000. It's in partnership with the Family Medicine Interest Group. Each weekend in October, members of the radiology and family medicine interest groups will present a display at Churches, Mosques, or Community Centers that explain breast cancer screening and where to get screened. This initiative is targeted women from traditionally underserved populations.
