Subject: Ross Fitness Center Participation Waiver Form
We are looking to expand the hours of the on-campus Ross Fitness Center, but we need you to complete the Participation Waiver form. We have the forms on file for the Classes of 2016 and 2017. If you began your matriculation at Meharry in before the Fall of 2013, we need you to complete the waiver form by clicking below and submitting it.

When we receive all waivers, we can expand the hours for a trial period to open at 5 AM and close at 12 Midnight.
