Greetings Graduating Class of 2014,
Congratulations on your final year as a Meharrian. It is now time to start working on your Senior Page for "The Meharrian" Yearbook. Each senior page will be allowed 3-5 candid photographs of your tasteful choice along with the following information:
* Specialty
* Hometown
* Undergraduate Institution and
* Quote/Write-up of (300 words or less)
Please submit all information to yearbook@email.mmc.edu with your name and school as the subject of the email. Please name your attached photographs with Your Last name, First name, Picture #.
Example:
Smith, Jane, Picture1
Smith, Jane, Picture2
Smith, Jane, Picture3
Please include your write-up as the body of your email. The deadline to submit these photos along with your Hometown, Undergraduate Institution and Quote/Write-up for your page is Friday, November 1, 2013 at noon. However, we encourage you to submit your information sooner, rather than later. We understand many of you will not know your Specialty until Spring 2014 so we can obtain that particular information from you at that time. This early deadline allows time for the yearbook staff to design your page and send it back to you for approval along with any corrections that need to be made prior to it being published. If you choose not to submit any photographs/write-up by the deadline, your page will not have these additions.
Your Professional Cap and Gown Senior Photograph will be taken by Roland's Photography. Below are the proposed dates for senior photos. We will send a google document in the next week for you to sign up for a time slot. There will be slots for 12 people per hour. If you are in town, it is encouraged for you to sign up to take your photograph sooner than later. The November dates are for those students that are on away rotations and unable to sit during an earlier month.
